There are basically six type of subevents that can be created in achieventz

Competition Basic #

This event type represents a simplified version of the full competition type. Users can participate, and event administrators have the ability to select and display the winning teams. However, the scoring and judging process will not occur within Achieventz.

Competition Full -Rounds and Points #

This sub-event type involves a comprehensive process that includes admins creating rounds, scorecards, and appointing judges. The admins can then confirm the teams that are participating and, during the event, judges can score each team for each round. Finally, the admins can select the winners based on the scores received.

Seminars #

This event type is a simple seminar where users participate, and administrators receive their details through Achieventz. All other processes, however, take place directly at the venue.

Workshop #

This event type is also a simple workshop where users participate, and administrators receive their details through Achieventz. All other processes take place directly at the venue.

Exhibitions #

An exhibition event allows organizers to display one or more projects, items, designs, or other similar works to the public. Organizers have the option to charge attendees for different ticket classes, or they may choose to offer the event for free.

Shows #

Organizers can use a shows event to present various types of performances to an audience, such as dance, singing, or other related forms of entertainment. They may offer different ticket classes for attendees or choose to make the event free of charge.
